Who we help

 

Music therapy is for you if you have been experiencing feelings you find hard to describe, if you feel talking therapy is too overwhelming or doesn’t get to the heart of things. If you are someone who expresses how they feel through more creative things, wants to try a different approach to dealing with lifes challenges. 

 

We offer individual, parent work and group music therapy sessions. Music therapy can help with a range of different difficulties/problems such as;

  • Trauma 

  • Depression and low mood 

  • Anxiety

  • Low Self Esteem

  • Exploration of identity (Identity)

  • Emotional Literacy (naming and identifying feelings)

  • Social interactions and relationship difficulties 

  • Learning Disabilities including ASD, ADHD, sensory and physical disabilities.
